This Northern Royal Albatross belongs to the colony at Taiaroa Head, near Dunedin, New Zealand. In 1937, one of the first albatrosses to appear at Taiaroa Head was tagged and then studied coming back to the same spot for 60 years. A film of her last trip was made.
